IT Intern

IT Intern is responsible of assisting with documenting L1 technical issues and escalating them to L2 and above if necessary, helping with network setup and maintenance, documenting IT processes and troubleshooting steps, and participating in training sessions and shadowing experienced IT professionals.
Qualifications:
- Students pursuing degree in BS Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Can render at least 250 hours
- Familiarity with database management and networking concepts.
- Experience with operating systems (Windows, Linux), Microsoft Office, and IT support tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Clear and professional communication for technical support and documentation.
- Ability to collaborate with IT professionals and other departments.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to different IT environments.
