Company Nurse cum Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

Nursing Responsibilities (for employees only):

• Provide first aid and emergency care for minor workplace injuries or health concerns.
• Monitor employee wellness and maintain basic medical records (e.g., incident logs).
• Maintain and stock first aid kits and medical supplies across the facility.
• Support wellness checks, vaccination drives, or health awareness activities.

Reception/Administrative Responsibilities:

• Welcome and direct visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Answer and route incoming calls; handle courier dispatch and mail.
• Assist with office coordination tasks such as scheduling meeting rooms, maintaining visitor logs, and supporting office events.
• Coordinate with HR/Admin for staff onboarding logistics and workplace safety reporting.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception and common areas.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) with valid license from recognized nursing council.
• 1–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in a corporate or industrial setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general office tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
