ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Responsible for managing guest and client billing, ensuring timely collection of payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining accurate financial records. Supports the Finance team in maintaining a healthy cash flow and smooth AR operations within the resort environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Issue invoices to guests, travel agents, and corporate clients.
Track and follow up on outstanding balances.
Post and reconcile incoming payments.
Coordinate with Front Office and Sales teams for billing accuracy.
Prepare AR aging reports and assist in month-end closing.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting or Finance.
1–3 years’ experience in AR, preferably in hospitality.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
