Offer daily operations and systems support to personnel
Verify functionality of hardware and software components
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
Assist employees with computer problems and answer their questions
Conduct daily network backup operations
Qualifications/Requirements
Candidates may be male or female.Individuals must be at least 20 years of age.
Familiarity with data compression techniques is essential.
Demonstrated knowledge of data encoding formats, including JSON, XML, CSV, and various binary formats is required.
Proficiency in programming is expected.
A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms is necessary.
Knowledge of database management practices is required.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark is preferred.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Effective communication skills are important.
The ability to process and manage large volumes of data is essential.
Candidates should be knowledgeable about security protocols and encryption methods used to safeguard sensitive data.
Individuals must maintain physical fitness to perform the required duties.
