US Mortgage Loans Processor - Manila

Join a dynamic financial services team supporting U.S.-based mortgage operations. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-driven US Mortgage Loans Processor to support the documentation and processing of commercial mortgage loans. Training will be provided, but strong communication and coordination skills are essential.

• Work directly with borrower representatives to collect all necessary documentation related to the borrower, guarantor, and property to support underwriting, closing, and portfolio management.
• Place clients in default as required for overdue financial reporting.
• Order and review third-party reports including property inspections, appraisals, environmental assessments, and title documentation.
• Maintain and update tickler systems to track critical dates and compliance items.
• Keep loan files organized, complete, and ready for audit at any stage of the process.
• Respond promptly to credit union and investor requests and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to obtain necessary reports and ensure timelines are met.
• Prepare and distribute formal communications related to loan processing and ensure timely responses.
• Review all borrower information for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.
• Identify and act on red flags or inconsistencies early in the process to prevent delays.
• Assist with data entry, documentation review, and process automation.
• Recommend improvements in loan processing procedures and documentation flow.
• Help develop and implement policies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in any Business-related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multinational environment
