KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Handle general admin and clerical tasks to keep daily office operations running smoothly.
  2. Help process and monitor company permits, licenses, and compliance with government regulations.
  3. Assist in managing office facilities, including maintenance, utilities, cleaning, and safety checks.
  4. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for office needs.
  5. Support the Executive Assistant with documents, reports, scheduling, and meetings.
  6. Keep company files, correspondence, and confidential records well-organized.
  7. Assist other departments with admin tasks and coordination.
  8. Take on other duties as assigned by top management.

Qualifications/Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field.
  2. At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in administrative work, particularly in permit processing, facilities management, or executive support.
  3. Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO), or willing to undergo PCO training and accreditation.
  4. Knowledge of government compliance processes and documentation procedures.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
  6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  8. Trustworthy, professional, and able to handle confidential information.
  9. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  10. Proficient with advance MS Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PIVOT, Creating Formula, etc.)
