- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Expected salary: ₱45,000 per month
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a QA Analyst or QA Tester.
- Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Comfortable testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with automation tools is a plus (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress).
- Familiarity with API testing and scripting basics is an advantage.
- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and test scripts (manual and/or automated).
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs with precision.
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
- Collaborate with developers, PMs, and product teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.
- Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Ensure quality standards are upheld across all stages of development.
- Participate in sprint planning and daily scrums (Agile environment).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
