Job Posting — Junior Project Engineer (Design + Build)
At Blockhaus Design + Build, we create thoughtful, functional spaces through a collaborative approach to architecture and construction. We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Engineer to support our growing team in both site and project operations.
Junior Project Engineer (Design + Build)
Responsibilities- Assist in daily site supervision and monitoring
- Prepare daily accomplishment and progress reports
- Coordinate with foremen, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Monitor manpower, materials, and site activities
- Assist in quantity takeoffs, QS works, estimates, and material requests
- Help track project schedules and site documentation
- Prepare and update as-built drawings and site revisions
- Assist in drafting and coordination drawings as needed
- Assist in preparation of cost estimates, BOQs, and project costing documents
- Support project coordination between office and site teams
- Assist in project closeout documentation
- Graduate of Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge in construction drawings and documentation
- Willing to do site visits and fieldwork
- Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Preferably based in Metro Manila or nearby areas
- Willing to report to our Binondo office for office-based project support and coordination when needed
