Business Analyst - Key Responsibilities
Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business leaders to gather and validate requirements.
Document financial business processes, workflows, and procedures in a clear, structured, and standardized format.
Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and user documentation for financial account operations.
Analyze gaps, risks, and inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements.
Partner with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system requirements and solutions.Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards to track process performance and improvements.
Assist in change management activities, including training and communications related to new or updated processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree a plus).
At least 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial services, banking, or investment domain.
Strong skills in business process documentation, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of financial operations, compliance, and regulatory frameworks is preferred.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
