Sales Account Assistant – Reliever

Job Summary

The Sales Account Assistant (Reliever) provides temporary support to the sales team by assisting in account management, customer service, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth client interactions and accurate documentation during staff absences, helping maintain continuity of sales operations.

• Client support – Handle customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups to ensure timely service.
• Sales documentation – Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
• Account coordination – Assist account executives in managing client relationships and resolving issues.
• Data management – Maintain and update sales records, databases, and CRM systems.
• Administrative support – Provide clerical assistance such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence.
• Team collaboration – Work closely with Sales Account Manager, logistics, and accounting teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative work.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or sales systems preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work independently.

• Temporary/reliever role reporting to the Sales Account Manager for three (3) months.
• Office-based with regular interaction with clients and internal departments.
