- Executes strategies to achieve service income targets on a monthly basis in order to ensure that the branch consistently meets or exceeds its monthly income goals, driving sustainable growth and profitability.
- Oversees the credit investigation process and ensures the timely approval of loan applications, resulting in efficient processing, accurate approvals, and smooth coordination between departments in order to enhance customer satisfaction and branch performance.
- Approves the release of motorcycle sales (both cash and installment) and oversees the correctness of the loan documentation process, facilitating timely and compliant processing of sales with accurate documentation in order to ensure a seamless release process and high customer satisfaction.
- Oversees cash management processes, including sales, collections, petty cash, and fund management in order to ensure an effective cash flow management, strict adherence to financial procedures, minimal audit infractions, and the timely completion of financial tasks, which supports smooth and compliant branch operations.
- Oversees motorcycle and parts inventory management, ensuring proper handling, accuracy, and adherence to inventory procedures, leading to efficient stock management, accurate records, timely disposal of aging units, and minimized discrepancies in order to achieve operational continuity and compliance.
- Oversees the compliance and submission of motorcycle registration requirements to the Regional Registration team, ensuring smooth and compliant registration processes for all sales, timely document distribution to customers, and proper handling of repo sales, which contributes to customer satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
- Processes and monitors the completion of pertinent documents required by LGU, BIR, LTO, DTI, and Head Office for renewal, expansion, relocation, and renovation, ensuring timely submission and approval of documents, facilitating regulatory compliance, and ensuring smooth branch operations for all updates.
- Ensures branch safety, adherence to 5S principles, and addresses any items requiring repair, replacement, or disposal, creating a safe, organized, and compliant branch environment, with all safety equipment and maintenance procedures in place, ensuring a secure work atmosphere for staff and customers.
- Coaches and supports the team in achieving complete and accurate sales transactions, implementing programs and interventions that help the team meet performance targets, resulting in enhanced team performance, sales achievements, and continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
- Coordinates with the HR business partner on recruitment, personnel evaluation, and addressing infractions, facilitating effective staffing, timely personnel evaluations, and proper handling of infractions, leading to a compliant, high-performing branch workforce.
- Attends management meetings and complies with all reportorial requirements, ensuring active participation in management meetings and timely submission of reports, which contributes to informed decision-making and effective branch management.
- Approves work schedules and ensures adequate staffing while maintaining branch decorum, guaranteeing efficient staffing, smooth daily operations, and the upholding of professional conduct within the branch, ensuring optimal team performance and a positive work environment.
