Who are we looking for:As a Shift Supervisor, you are expected to oversee daily operations during designated shifts, supervise employees, and ensure that our customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities include creating a shift schedule, dealing with no-shows, delegating tasks, handling cash, and reporting any issues to the Store Leader or Area Coordinator.
- Create shift schedules and assign tasks to team members effectively.
- Oversee team performance and manage time-off requests or no-shows.
- Handle customer issues, employee disputes, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety laws and maintain a productive work environment.
- Participate in management meetings to discuss goals and address any concerns.
Qualifications/Requirements
What does it take to be part of the team?- Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course.
- Preferably must have at least 6 months of experience in the Retail industry or FMCG.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
- Strong leadership, customer management, and people management skills.
- Customer service-oriented with business management knowledge.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking abilities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, trustworthy, and reliable with high integrity.
- Flexible with shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to any Alfamart Store within San Fernando, Pampanga.
