Job Description:

The Talent Operations Officer specializing in Accounting and IT is responsible for screening resumes, assessing the suitability of previous experience and work history for both accounting (Level 3-5 roles) and IT-specific job descriptions. They track and report hiring results to the Talent Operations/Sourcing Leads and Clients.

Additionally, they conduct interviews with candidates to determine potential matches with current job openings in accounting and IT, and handle end-to-end recruitment for higher-level requirements in both verticals.

This role also involves collaborating with team members both inside and outside of the Accounting and IT departments, performing administrative tasks alongside the Operations Manager, and serving as the initial point of escalation and resolution for all staffing-related issues within these verticals.

They conduct recruitment process orientations for new Talent Operations Jr. Recruiters and may be designated by the Talent Operations/Sourcing Lead to take on a lead role for specific recruitment programs/projects in accounting and IT.

Talent Sourcing and Assessments
  • Pre-screen applicant submissions for accounting (Level 3-5) and IT roles, confidently recommending candidates for progression in the pipeline.
  • Administer all necessary assessments as per the Job Requisition for accounting and IT positions.
  • Schedule and organize assessments & interviews with candidates; ensure candidates are prepared and punctual.
  • Creatively source both active and passive candidates for accounting and IT roles using up-to-date methods, tools, and services for niche or hard-to-fill positions.
Interview Facilitation and Stakeholder Management
  • Contact prospective applicants for accounting and IT roles and conduct recruitment interviews to endorse successful candidates.
  • Manage the overall client interview process, including scheduling interviews for accounting and IT roles.
  • Meet recruitment KPIs for both accounting and IT positions.
  • Maintain regular and timely correspondence with stakeholders.
  • Initiate, maintain, and develop relationships with stakeholders in accounting and IT.
  • Provide timely interview feedback to candidates.
  • Meet with stakeholders/clients as needed to provide updates on active roles, discuss challenges, and explore potential requirements in accounting and IT.
Verbal Offer
  • On request from Client, candidate to be contacted and verbal job offer made.
Administration Tasks
  • Ensure candidate applications and journeys are accurately maintained within CS Recruit.
  • Facilitate all required reports related to accounting and IT recruitment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, including administrative tasks alongside the Operations Manager, to support divisional/departmental goal attainment or professional development.

Qualification and requirements:

  • College Graduate
  • Administrative-related Experience
  • Customer Service Experience/Relevant Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of Accounting End to End Recruitment and Stakeholder Management experience; preferably in a global organization
