• Oversee day-to-day operations and maintenance activities to ensure reliability and optimal performance of solar facilities
• Monitor, analyze, and report on plant performance to ensure efficiency, availability, and compliance with industry standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and service providers to drive effective asset utilization and project outcomes
• Prepare and present regular performance and compliance reports to stakeholders and senior management
• Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements across all operational activities
• Optimize preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset life
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, performance improvement, and operational excellence within the portfolio

A successful Asset Management & Operations Director should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's degree is an advantage
• Proven expertise in asset management within the renewable energy sector, preferably in C&I solar projects
• Strong understanding of solar plant operations, maintenance practices, and performance monitoring systems
• Demonstrated experience in managing operations teams and external service providers effectively
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and long-term asset value creation
