Line Technician
About the role
Super Candy Corporation, a leading manufacturer of confectionery products, is seeking a skilled Line Technician to join our dynamic team in Malolos City, Bulacan. As a Line Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimising the efficiency of our production lines, ensuring the consistent and high-quality delivery of our delicious candy products.
What you'll be doing- Performing regular maintenance and servicing of production equipment to minimise downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on the production line, working quickly to identify and address problems
- Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Collaborating with the production team to identify areas for improvement and implementing process optimisations
- Providing technical support and guidance to production workers to ensure they are operating equipment safely and effectively
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and production data
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in a field such as engineering, manufacturing, or industrial maintenance
- Proven experience as a Line Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with a variety of production equipment and machinery
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team and provide technical guidance
