About the role
As a Maintenance Technician at Super Candy Corporation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities. This full-time position, based in Malolos City, Bulacan, will involve a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to keep our equipment and infrastructure in top condition.
What you'll be doing- Performing preventative maintenance and routine inspections on our manufacturing equipment, machinery, and facilities
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and carrying out necessary repairs to get systems back up and running
- Collaborating with the production team to schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimise disruptions
- Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing cost-effective solutions
- Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Relevant technical qualification or trade certification in a field such as engineering, electrical, or mechanical maintenance
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in a maintenance technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find creative solutions
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and drawings
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
