Job Description
Posted on 12 May 2026Clean and disinfect broiler houses after flock harvest (“all-out” cleaning)
Remove litter, manure, feathers, and waste materials
Wash floors, walls, ceilings, cages, and equipment using pressure washers or cleaning tools
Apply disinfectants and sanitizing solutions according to farm protocols
Assist in pest and disease control measures (biosecurity procedures)
Prepare poultry houses for restocking (drying, fumigation, setup)
Clean feeders, drinkers, ventilation systems, and other equipment
Dispose of waste properly following environmental and farm regulations
Report damages or maintenance issues in poultry facilities
Follow strict biosecurity and safety guidelines at all times
Qualifications/Requirements
Elementary graduate or vocational courseExperience in poultry farm cleaning or farm labor is an advantage
Basic understanding of biosecurity and sanitation procedures
Physically fit and able to work in dusty, wet, and odorous environments
Willing to work in shifts, weekends, or extended hours if needed
Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols strictly
