Job Description:

The HR Assistant directly reports to the HR & Admin Manager. The HR Assistant will assist the HR Department in the execution of day-to-day human resources functions, including employee record management, end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and policy implementation, ensuring efficient HR operations and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the processing of payments related to events using the Electronic Request for Payment) system.
  • Collects and verifies all pre-employment documents required from the new hire to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Prepares and ensures completion of the new hire’s 201 file, which includes all essential documents related to employment.
  • Maintains and organizes the 201 files for all employees.
  • Drafts and distributes an email blast to announce new hires and employee movements within the organization, company events, and important advisories.
  • Assists in the implementation of employee well-being programs.
  • Extracts, and validates the daily time records of the On the Job trainees and third party personnel.
  • Computes OJT allowance and submits for approval and release.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of AB/BS in Psychology or BSBA – Human Resources Development Management.
  • With at least 1 to 2 years experience in Human Resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications, background in SAP is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, collaborative, excellent customer service, good time management and adaptability.
  • Willing to work onsite at HTLand, Inc. Mandani Bay, Mandaue City, Cebu.
