Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized accounting assistant to support our accounting department. The successful candidate will assist with various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the handling of financial records, invoices, and other accounting duties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Maintain and update accounting records and financial databases.
• Prepare and process expense reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Provide general administrative support to the accounting team.
• Assist with audits, tax preparation, and other regulatory requirements.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
