Payroll Assistant - Quezon City

The Payroll Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and preferably, experience with Jeosoft Payroll software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process bi-weekly/monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and benefits.
• Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in pay rates.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll matters.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and tax regulations.
• Generate payroll reports for internal audits and management review.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in payroll processing or a related role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with payroll software; experience with Jeosoft Payroll is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
