Work from home on the night shift (9 PM to 6 AM MNL) as our new Payroll Assistant. We’re looking for someone who’s experienced with timesheets, audits, and payroll systems—and who can hold things down even when the pressure’s on.

• Proven experience handling payroll-related tasks
• Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and familiar with payroll systems or tools
• Experience in internal audit or data accuracy checking is a big plus
• Excellent attention to detail—you catch mistakes others miss
• Able to work independently, stay organized, and hit deadlines
• Comfortable working in a fully remote, night-shift setup
• Discreet, professional, and trustworthy when handling sensitive information

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assist in preparing and processing payroll
• Review and validate employee timesheets
• Distribute payslips and assist in resolving payroll concerns
• Maintain and update payroll documentation and records

• Step in to process payroll and benefits when the Payroll Officer is unavailable
• Help process client invoices related to payroll

• Ensure timely and accurate submission of data and reports
• Perform other payroll-related tasks as needed

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM MNL Time
• Contract Type: Independent Contractor
• Service Fee: PHP 231/hour, approximately PHP 40,000/month
• Location: Fully Remote
