KEY EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- 0 to 2 years of experience in a Healthcare Account or Customer Service environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, administrative support, or back-office operations is an advantage but not required.
- Experience in records review, data validation, and quality checking to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Ability to handle and process customer or healthcare-related documentation with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with ticketing and case management tools such as Jira, Salesforce, or similar platforms is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to work on a night shift schedule and hybrid work arrangement.
- Can start ASAP.
