Customer Service Representative

Overview:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing superior customer service by finding solutions, providing information, and following up with customer inquiries through telephone and email.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Receive incoming calls regarding customer service and general inquires
• Ability to handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
• Make sure all calls are documented in call logs
• Answer the phone within three (3) rings; reply to all email inquiries
• Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of merchandise
• Answer questions and provide information on Canada Computers’ policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• With experience on APAC and AMAZON Communication Standards and Guide Book.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral communication skills, and customer service skills.
• Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections.
• Must have the ability to quickly resolve issues over the phone.
• Ability to type 30wpm.
• Physical ability to sit for extended periods of time.
• Willing to work in Ortigas Pasig.
• Willing to work on night shifts.
