About the role

Signe Co Working Space are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office/ Community Manager to oversee the smooth running of our front office operations in our Ortigas, Pasig and MOA Pasay offices.

In this key role, you will be responsible for managing a team of community (Co working space) / property management staff and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our members (Co working space) and tenants.

This is a full-time position based in our Metro Manila headquarters.

What you'll be doing
  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of the community / property management staff to ensure efficient and professional service
  • Handling complex members or tenant inquiries and complaints, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Developing and implementing coworking / property management policies, procedures and best practices
  • Managing the office budget and inventory of office supplies
  • Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the coworking space / property
  • Providing training and development opportunities for the team
  • Collaborating with other departments to enhance the overall customer experience
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a front office or customer service management role, preferably in an office, hotel or professional services environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, visitors and tenants or members at all levels
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in the use of office equipment and relevant software applications
  • A team player with a positive, customer-centric attitude
  • Fluency in English
