Compliance Operations Support
- Support the Asia Compliance Director in managing day-to-day compliance activities across the region.
- Review and act on compliance data, CAP reports, and follow-up items, identifying risks, gaps, and matters requiring escalation.
- Assess audit findings and CAP status across assigned countries and recommend appropriate actions to the Compliance Director.
- Prepare compliance summaries, risk assessments, and management reports for the Asia Compliance Director.
- Take ownership of sustainability-related activities and reporting under the guidance of the Compliance Director.
- Support ESG/CSR data collection, reporting, and brand compliance requirements.
- Monitor FSC certification and chain of custody requirements across relevant suppliers and factories.
- Assist in developing and improving sustainability processes and documentation.
- Support the Compliance Director in planning and conducting compliance audits across the region.
- Interpret audit findings, assess severity, and recommend corrective actions going beyond tracking to provide compliance judgment.
- Develop deep working knowledge of audit standards including SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000.
- Work alongside the Regional Compliance Officer on day-to-day compliance activities.
- From time to time, assist in coordinating tasks and follow-ups with the Regional Compliance Officer as directed by the Compliance Director.
- Ensure smooth handover and alignment of compliance information between both roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Compliance, Supply Chain, Sustainability, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in compliance, social compliance, ESG/CSR, supply chain, or related fields.
- Solid understanding of compliance audit standards such as SMETA, WRAP, and SA8000.
- Familiarity with ESG/CSR reporting frameworks and sustainability requirements.
