PROJECT ENGINEER

• Should study and review the provisions and specifications in the contract;
• Constantly monitors project development progress vis-à-vis the timelines specified in the contract;
• Checks on the implementation of agreed designs/structures based on acceptable quality standards;
• Supervises the projects through regular site inspection and monitoring; Prepares progress reports and summary of deviations (if any) for the reference of the Technical Operations Head;
• Keeps documentations of project status.
• Responsible for executing approved construction plans, recommending on-site modifications when necessary;
• Deploying staff and equipment for construction work;
• Supervising construction work and personnel;

• Controlling work quality and compliance with schedules and budget through inspections and other established procedures.
• Preparation of costs estimates for each component of a development and housing scope of works;
• Quantity evaluation, project scheduling, manpower distribution. Budget preparation and control;
• Preparation of the project billing evaluations.

• College Degree Holder and a Licensure Exam Passer
• Over 2 to 5 years experience
