- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant bookkeeping or accounting experience (required)
- Experience with bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end processes
- Hands-on experience using accounting software, including Xero
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting, reconciliations, and data analysis
- Experience working in a BPO or offshore environment is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in financial data processing
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team
- Must be willing to complete a mandatory 1-month onsite training before transitioning to a permanent work-from-home setup
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in collaboration with the Finance Officer
- Perform accurate bank account and credit card reconciliations to maintain financial integrity
- Coordinate and manage finance-related correspondence with internal stakeholders
- Support the finance team with bookkeeping, reporting, and special projects as required
- Perform additional bookkeeping and administrative duties to support finance operations as needed
