Salesforce Developer (Permanent WFH)

The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and supporting Salesforce solutions, including automations and integrations with external platforms, to meet business and operational requirements.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 - 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer working across multiple Salesforce Clouds.
• Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Field Service, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Heroku is required.
• Background in business stakeholder management—ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with non-technical teams.
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Salesforce applications and custom solutions.
• Build and enhance Salesforce features using technologies such as Apex, Flows, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
• Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems, including Microsoft Dynamics, Azure services, and other third-party platforms.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system issues, defects, and performance concerns.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Optimize and improve existing Salesforce processes, workflows, and automations based on business needs and user feedback.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to deliver effective solutions.
• Perform code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation following Salesforce best practices.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment.
• Provide ongoing support, maintenance, and enhancements for Salesforce applications and integrations.
