Job Summary:
The Social Media Specialist is responsiblefor developing and executing the company's social media strategy to increase
brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our online store. This role
involves content creation, community management, performance analysis, and
campaign management across various social media platforms.
Essential Functions:
- Strategy Development & Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive social media
- Content Creation: Create
specific social media platforms and target audiences.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan,
posting across all social media channels.
- Community Management: Monitor
positive brand community.
- Performance Analysis: Track,
analyse, and report on social media performance metrics using platform
analytics and reporting tools. Identify trends, insights, andopportunities for optimization.
- Paid Social Media Advertising: Plan,
budget allocation, ad creation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaboration: Collaborate
ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing efforts.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay
practices.
- Campaign Support: Contribute
- Reporting: Prepare regular
recommendations to improve results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook,
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand voice and visual
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and
- Research and identify target audiences for social media
- Optimize social media profiles and content for search engine
- Manage social media budgets and track ROI.
- Ensure compliance with all social media platform policies and

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience (2+ years) in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and

- Ability to create engaging visual content (basic graphic design

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience in the children’s or family-oriented product space
is a plus.
