Customer Service Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide an excellent customer service experience to all customers to promote trust and loyalty.

• Share clear and accurate information when attending and responding to queries on official communication channels, including but not exclusive to live chat, phone calls, emails, and group chats.
• Resolve customer enquiries and disputes efficiently and escalate issues promptly when required.
• Encourage and influence an excellent service mindset in the CX team and affirm positive behavior.

Qualifications:

• Passionate team member who loves to serve and add value to the customers.
• Preferably with 2 years experience as a LiveChat Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role.
• Experience using help desk software such as Zendesk is preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must.
• Preferably graduate with any Bachelor's Degree. Undergraduates with relevant work experience are welcome to apply (Completed at least 2 years in college)

• Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules, and extended working hours.
• Strong personal alignment with the company’s core values.
