• Managing and prioritizing multiple projects to meet deadlines

• Conduct research and analysis to develop new products or processes
• Design and execute experiments, tests, and prototypes
• Analyze data and interpret results to guide decision-making
• Improve existing products for quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
• Prepare detailed documentation, and presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and production
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
• Assist in product implementation and commercialization
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as engineering, science, mathematics, or computer science
• Strong technical and analytical skills to understand, evaluate, and improve the quality of their projects. They should also have good communication skills to convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in research methods, statistics, data analysis, and communication.
• Ability to tackle complex challenges, often with limited resources or tight deadlines and ability to convey complex ideas quickly and efficiently.
