Key Responsibilities
- Review daily sales reports, cashier reconciliations, and card transaction documents
- Reconcile sales and submit accurate reports to Accounting Head Office
- Verify cash, check, and debit/credit card transactions
- Conduct surprise cash counts and monitor petty cash fund usage
- Investigate discrepancies and assist in preparing audit reports
- Monitor membership cards, other income, and audit findings
- Perform other related accounting and audit tasks as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or any Accounting-related course
- With or without work experience in accounting, audit, or retail operations
- Basic knowledge of accounting and internal control concepts
- Detail‑oriented and organized
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of POS systems is an advantage
- Willing to work in Parañaque (ASEANA area)
