US Accountant (Entry-level)

Salary: ₱28,000–₱38,000 per month

Job Summary

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Record daily financial transactions in QuickBooks
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• Assist in maintaining accurate general ledger records
• Support month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules
• Organize invoices, receipts, bills, and other accounting documents
• Assist in preparing financial reports and transaction summaries
• Ensure accounting records are complete, accurate, and properly filed
• Coordinate with internal team members regarding accounting-related concerns
• Perform other accounting and bookkeeping tasks as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping processes
• Experience using QuickBooks or QuickBooks Online
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Willing to support a US-based company and work with US accounting processes if needed
