Job Description

A waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service in restaurants or food establishments by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

• Greet and seat guests courteously.
• Present menus and explain specials clearly.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately.
• Relay orders to kitchen/bar staff promptly.
• Serve meals and drinks in a timely manner.
• Check on guests during service to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle payments and issue receipts correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant.
• Skills & Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Basic math skills for handling payments.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in hospitality preferred but not always required.

• College graduate of AHRM/BSHRM
• with OJT/work experience in Hotel Industry is required
• with related experience in F&B services is required
• Willing to be assigned in Cebu City
