WAIT STAFF
Job Description:- Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
- Greet customers and present menu
- Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
- Attend to guest requests, inquiries and promote hotel products to guests.
- Have good product knowledge and doing effort to sell the hotel at each customer contact
- Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
- Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
- Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
- Deliver checks and collect payments
- Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
- Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.
- Extend assistance to guest request.
- Maintain professional image while on duty - well groomed, hygiene and the prescribed uniform.
- Always concern with security, environment and energy conservation issues in the daily work.
- Perform other duties instructed by the immediate head or supervisor.
- Graduate of Hotel & Restaurant Management or any related course
- With working experience in restaurant or hotel industry
- A fast learner, hardworking and flexible
- Can work well even under pressure and with less supervision
- Willing to work on shifts
- Good written and verbal communication skills
