Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
- Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty.
- Remain knowledgeable on market trends, product capabilities, and competitor activities.
- Understand client needs and collaborate with our tech team to tailor solutions that enhance
their business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or relevant field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in IT Sales and Account Management, or equivalent is an advantage, particularly in software, hardware, or IT Services.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation leads and account management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentation.
- Proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work independently or as part of a team.
