The Human Resource Officer is responsible for managing people within the organization. The basic tasks include timekeeping, benefits and compensation, hiring and recruitment, implementation of company policies in accordance with labor laws, organizational research, and training and development.

The HR Officer ensures that the company’s personnel policies and procedures are properly implemented.

Timekeeping: Prepare and submit payroll timekeeping; monitor attendance, tardiness, absences, leaves, undertime, and holidays
  • Benefits & Compensation: Process employee benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, TIN)
  • Recruitment: Prepare job postings, screen applicants, conduct initial interviews, coordinate final interviews, and perform background checks
  • Onboarding: Collect requirements, prepare contracts and HR documents, conduct orientation, and endorse new hires
  • Performance Management: Conduct evaluations for promotion, salary increase, or disciplinary action
  • Policy Implementation: Ensure compliance with company rules and Code of Conduct
  • Records Management: Maintain 201 files, HR records, headcount, and reports (e.g., absenteeism)
  • Training & Engagement: Conduct orientations and organize company events
  • Other Duties: Perform tasks assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/HR or related field
  • At least 1 year HR experience
  • Knowledgeable in labor laws
  • Good communication and multitasking skills
  • Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
