Posted on 28 April 2026Supervise daily farm operations including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and crop maintenance
Monitor crop health, pest control, and proper use of fertilizers and chemicals
Lead and manage farm workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule
Plan and implement farming activities based on production targets
Ensure proper use, maintenance, and safekeeping of farm equipment and tools
Conduct regular field inspections and provide updates to management
Maintain accurate records of farm activities, inputs, and yields
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
Coordinate with agronomists, technicians, and management for farm improvements
Qualifications/Requirements
Graduate of Agriculture, Agronomy, or any related courseWith at least 2–3 years of experience in farm operations or supervisory role
Strong knowledge of crop production, pest management, and farm systems
Proven leadership and team management skills
Physically fit and willing to work in field conditions
Willing to be assigned in provincial or farm areas
Good communication and reporting skills
Responsible, disciplined, and results-oriented
