Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Financial Management or any related field.
• Computer Literate (Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
• With at least 1–2 years of relevant experience.

Skills and Knowledge:

• Good Communication skills both oral and written.
• Excellent leadership and inter-personal skills.

Job Description:

Finance Analyst provide financial analysis, reporting, and decision support to help management make informed business decisions, improve profitability, and ensure financial efficiency across operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Communicates with operations to understand nature of business and operations and its related expenses, revenue and other transactions.
• Creates Monthly Segment Report.
• Understand Revenue Streams by checking actual periodic events, contract, rates and daily reports. • Understand and Cost of Services components and be able to explain in the movement and variances.
• Understand and analyze the:
• Variances Budget and Actual for the Month
• Variances Budget and Actual for the year
• Variances of Last Month to Current Month COS Movements Revenue
• Manning Movement
• Volume Analysis
• Breakeven Point
• CVP Analysis
• Communicate in the result of segment reports to Management and Operations.
• Participate in the understanding of daily reports of operations.
• Communicate to Management the concern and possible solution.
• Assist in the Finance Business Process writing
• Participates in the yearly budget preparations
• Prepares Monthly Operations Report
• Actively participates with management-initiated reports.
• Maintains file of MOR and Segment Report.
• Police and raise for corrections, If any the expenses in plant that directly affects GP.
• Writes memo, policies related in improving GP rate.
• Other related Finance Reports and documentation
• Participates in the contract costing renewal.
• Communicates with principal/ business partners.
