Senior Project Manager
The role requires deep expertise in process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma or equivalent), healthcare workflows, and enterprise technology transformation, ensuring measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, compliance, and cost performance.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Program Leadership & Governance
Lead end-to-end program governance across all service lines, establishing structured operating models, governance frameworks, and executive reporting cadences. Ensure full alignment between CLIENT strategic objectives and operational delivery.
Healthcare & IT Transformation Delivery
Drive large-scale transformation initiatives, including workflow redesign, healthcare operations optimization, and integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, EMR/EHR, Genesys, or equivalent). Partner with CLIENT technology and operations teams to ensure successful implementation, adoption, and stabilization.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
Apply Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent methodologies to identify inefficiencies, reduce variability, and deliver measurable improvements in AHT, quality, throughput, and cost. Establish a culture of continuous improvement across all delivery functions.
Executive Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary interface to CLIENT executive leadership, providing strategic insights, performance reporting, and actionable recommendations. Drive alignment on priorities, risks, and transformation roadmaps.
Performance Governance & Accountability
Own KPI frameworks, SLA performance, and operational scorecards across all service lines. Ensure performance transparency, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning.
Risk, Compliance & Regulatory Oversight
Ensure all program activities are compliant with healthcare regulations (including HIPAA) and CLIENT-specific requirements. Maintain audit-ready documentation and proactively manage operational and regulatory risks.
Cross-Functional Integration
Lead coordination across PMO, WFM, QA, Training, Nursing, and Operations to ensure seamless execution and alignment of all program components.
Experience & Qualifications
Senior PMO leader with 7–10+ years of experience driving enterprise-scale, cross-functional programs in regulated environments. Brings 5+ years of hands-on project management with full end-to-end delivery ownership, supported by PMP and Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) certifications.Proven track record in establishing, scaling, and maturing PMOs; from initial setup through to optimized, high-performing governance model, by implementing standardized methodologies, strengthening reporting and controls, and embedding continuous improvement frameworks.
Demonstrated success leading healthcare and IT transformation initiatives, including system implementations, workflow redesign, and cross-functional integration, while driving measurable gains in efficiency, quality, and compliance. Strong background in pharma, healthcare services, or similarly regulated industries preferred.Exhibits C1-level English proficiency, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams to strategic outcomes.
