Job Description: (Actual Duties and Responsibilities)

Will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our technology products. .

• Compliance Officer for minimal checking of NTC, FDA, DOE, DTI-BPS. Good Knowledge of legal requirements/In-depth knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
• Manage the certification process to ensure all devices met Philippine regulatory standards for market entry.
• Handled local operators or carriers tech concern and issues.
• Analyse type approval requirements based on specifications from local operators and ensure successful completion of testing procedures.
• Develop and execute test cases to match operator-specific network configurations, ensuring optimal performance of smartphones, tablets, FWA devices, and routers.
• Deliver technical support to clients by promptly addressing issues related to smartphones, tablets, FWA, and routers.
• Foster strong client relationships to build trust and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Relevant degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferably in the Technology industry.
• With Experience in operator/ Telco
• Experience in mobiles, wearables, routers
• Proficient in manual and automated testing techniques, including the use of test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
• Willing to work onsite at BGC, Taguig
• Willing to work in a DAY SHIFT schedula
