What you'll be doing- Design and develop training curricula and materials to address the specific learning needs of our employees
- Facilitate interactive training sessions, workshops and onboarding programs that effectively communicate key information and foster skill development
- Evaluate the impact of training programs and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate closely with the HR team to identify training requirements and align learning initiatives with organisational goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate training and development
- Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to support the professional growth of our employees
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a corporate trainer or in a similar learning and development role
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences
- Excellent knowledge of adult learning principles and the ability to design and deliver highly effective training programs
- Proficient in using various training tools and technologies to enhance the learning experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for continuous learning and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices
