Inpatient Medical Coding Trainer

Salary Range: PHP 95,500 – 100,500
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Inpatient Medical Coding Trainer who will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring coding accuracy, and improving team performance across multiple specialties.
Key Responsibilities- Train new hires and conduct cross-training sessions across different coding areas
- Identify performance gaps, especially within the bottom quartile, and provide targeted training interventions
- Develop and deliver training programs for:
- Inpatient and Outpatient Coding
- Transplant, Surgery, and Oncology
- Interventional Radiology and Emergency
- OB-GYN
- Monitor trainee progress and ensure adherence to coding standards and compliance
- Collaborate with operations and quality teams to improve overall coding performance
- Minimum of 3 years Inpatient Medical Coding Trainer experience (required)
- Active certification: CPC, CCS, or CIC
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or any related allied medical course
- Strong knowledge of inpatient coding guidelines and multiple specialties
- Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills
