JOB SUMMARY
The Electrical Engineer shall be in charge of the monitoring, coordination, and implementation of works for electrical facilities and water business.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES- In charge of works for temporary electrical and water service connections applied for by the homeowners of the subdivision, including reading and preparation/issuance of materials needed for such services. Ensure correct and accurate reading of utility connections.
- Monitor electrical and water facilities of the subdivision and attend to its repair/improvements, if needed
- Overall in charge of the maintenance of all electrical facilities and designs.
- Prepare all reports and documents pertaining to facilities and amenities.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering, preferably Master Electrician
Experience: At least one (1) year of work experience in real estate industry, knowledgeable in proper maintenance/restoration of facilities and amenities of subdivision projects
Other requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
- Can drive a four-wheeled vehicle or motorcycle and has valid driver’s license
- Willing to be assigned in Lucena City, Quezon
