Your Role:

• Prospect with Precision: Handle a steady stream of inbound inquiries and generate your own outbound leads to connect with potential clients.
• Own the Sales Process: Lead the entire sales cycle, from discovery calls to closing deals, and deliver compelling product demos that highlight real-world solutions.
• Build Strong Relationships: Go beyond transactions — cultivate lasting connections with key decision-makers by sharing your expertise and insights.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales experience (especially in software) is a plus, but if you're motivated and eager to learn, we provide comprehensive training.

• Excellent communication skills — you know how to engage and excite clients.
• A self-starter mindset with the drive to hit your goals and keep moving forward.

• Base salary: PHP 40,000 - 50,000.
• Commission: Earn a share of every sale you close, with no caps or limits. Expect to earn at least PHP 30,000 in monthly commissions.
