ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide outpatient coding and auditing services to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and compliant assignment of medical codes.
• Analyze and translate clinical documentation, including diagnoses, procedures, injuries, and illnesses, into standardized numerical coding systems (e.g., ICD, CPT, HCPCS).
• Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory and payer requirements, identifying discrepancies and recommending corrections.
• Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to clarify documentation and support proper coding practices, while maintaining high standards of data integrity and compliance.

Qualifications/Requirements

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• A graduate of any 4-year Medical Allied Course (BS Nursing, BS Pharmacy, BS Medical Technology / Science, BS Physical Therapy, BS Radiology, BS Rad Tech, BS Physiotherapy, BS Laboratory Technology, BS Medicine, etc.).
• Underboard and Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Adept with medical terminologies
• Must be willing to commit for long term employment
