What you'll be doing
- Present and demonstrate medical device products to healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, doctors, nurses, and hospital staff to drive product adoption
- Provide comprehensive technical and clinical education about medical devices to end-users, ensuring proper understanding and application
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory and healthcare facilities
- Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations, training sessions, and workshops for healthcare professionals
- Collect, analyse, and report market feedback, competitive intelligence, and sales data to management
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, pharmaceutical guidelines, and professional standards in all activities
- Manage territory effectively, planning visits and maximising coverage of assigned healthcare facilities
- Support tender processes and respond to requests for quotations from hospitals and medical centres
- Build and sustain a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets and business objectives
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Sciences, or a related healthcare field
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative, Medical Device Sales Representative, or similar role in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry
- Strong knowledge of medical devices, healthcare systems, and hospital operations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical information to diverse audiences
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers
- Knowledge of Philippine healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
- Fluency in English and Filipino; additional language skills are advantageous
