Junior Civil Engineer

Pantaw Construction and Project Management is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of construction projects, ensuring that work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

This role is ideal for a licensed Civil Engineer with at least one (1) year of site engineering experience who is eager to expand their knowledge in project execution and construction management.

• Assist in supervising daily construction activities and monitor site progress.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, and material requirements.
• Verify completed work for billing and project documentation.
• Assist in resolving technical and site-related issues.
• Ensure proper implementation of project plans and engineering standards.
• Support the Project Engineer or Project Manager in project coordination and documentation.
• Perform other engineering-related duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least one (1) year of experience in construction site supervision or site engineering.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, engineering standards, and project documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and AutoCAD; knowledge of other engineering software is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and travel to project locations when necessary.
