1. Shift Leadership & Operations Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, bar, or banquet space. Conduct pre-shift briefings to communicate daily specials, VIP guest preferences, and sales targets. Monitor floor coverage and pace to ensure ticket times and table touches meet high standards

Customer Service Welcome guests, assist with seating, and maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere. Resolve customer complaints promptly and with empathy, ensuring guest satisfaction. Handle special dietary requirements and assist colleagues in caring for guests.

1. Team Management & Training Supervise, train, and coach front-of-house staff. Assist management with staff scheduling, ensuring adequate floor coverage for all shifts. Check staff grooming, uniform standards, and monitor compliance with break schedules
2. Inventory & Administration Oversee inventory levels for food, beverages, and operating supplies. Assist with ordering, receiving, and conducting regular stock counts to minimize waste. Manage opening/closing checklists, cash handling procedures, and shift sales reports.
