Logistics Junior Manager - Quezon City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the logistics department, aligning daily operations with company goals and driving long-term strategies for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Implement best practices to improve service quality, safety, and customer satisfaction while continuously optimizing business processes.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics operations with broader business objectives.
• Define and monitor KPIs, report performance metrics to senior management, and take corrective actions when performance gaps are identified.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, develop risk management strategies, and manage logistics budgets for optimal resource allocation.
• Lead the adoption of new technologies and drive innovation to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Work Experience: 10 years of progressive experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience managing large teams and overseeing fleet management operations is essential.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

• Strong expertise in logistics strategy, fleet management, budget management, and process improvement methodologies. Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TMS, WMS) and advanced data analytics for decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams, including the ability to influence, inspire, and develop team members at all levels.
• Experience managing departmental budgets, analyzing cost structures, and driving cost-reduction strategies.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex logistics challenges and implement effective solutions.
